Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
